Out of Stock Items

In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you by email and offer an alternative or a refund. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours.

30-day Returns Guarantee

Returns

Our 30-day Returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your * purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item ecx. delivery charges. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please contact us in the first instance. Goods are not allowed to be tried/tested.

Faulty Goods

You must inform us immediately if an item received is damaged. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent on receipt of the damaged goods. In the event that a replacement can not be issued then a full refund exc. postage costs will be issued within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. The item must reach our premises within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us in the first instance.

Prices

We reserve the right to change prices to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices. We will always inform you of the amended price should this happen and give you the opportunity to cancel your order. If the price increase is only a small one we may absorb this cost ourselves.

Delivery

All goods are sent by courier service. You must make sure some one is at home to sign for the delivery in all instances. Postage costs are calculated and displayed on the shopping cart page before checkout.
